Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational culture, personal factors, organizational factors and non-organizational factors on organizational commitment at PT Royal Korindah Purbalingga. The population of this research is employees who work at PT Royal Korindah Purbalingga. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 105 respondents with several criteria that have been required. Collecting data using a questionnaire that is distributed directly. The results of the regression analysis show that organizational culture partially has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Personal factors partially have a significant negative effect on organizational commitment. Partial organizational factors have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Nonorganizational factors partially have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment.
