Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation,
self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment to nurses at the
Majenang General Hospital. Sampling using purposive sampling method through
a sample questionnaire used a number of 108 nurses. The analytical technique
used in this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The
results of this study indicate that work motivation, self-efficacy, and job
satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination R2 adjusts to 39.8%.
