Abstract

Background: In December 2019, a group of severe pneumonia cases reported in
Wuhan, Hubei province, China. This disease is called Coronavirus (COVID-19)
and is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2. One of the most effective
measures to stop the spread is vaccination. The aim is to find out the percentage,
type and reaction and description of the emergence Adverse Event Following
Immunization (AEFI) on COVID-19 vaccination at several health centers in
Purbalingga Regency. Methods: This research is a observasoinal study. Data
collection was carried out retrospectively from 2020-2022. Sampling using
purposive sampling. Analysis of the results was carried out by descriptive
analysis. Results: Comparison of AEFI to vaccine doses in Purbalingga Regency
at dose I, namely 1:253 from the amount that was vaccinated as much as 757666,
at dose II, namely 1:163 with the amount being vaccinated as much as 652838,
and at dose III, namely 1:181899 with total vaccinated as many as 181899.
Conclusion: Comparison of AEFI to vaccine doses at the Purbalingga District
Health Center at dose I namely 1:253 from the amount that was vaccinated as
much as 757666, at dose II namely 1:163 with the amount being vaccinated as
much as 652838, and at dose III namely 1:181899 with the amount being
vaccinated. vaccinated as many as 181899.
