Abstract
The development of Semen Solusi Bangun Indonesia.Ltd and its role in the development of the local community affected by the community in Karangtalun Village particularly and Cilacap community generally. The study aimed to examine the history of Solusi Bangun Indonesia. Ltd in Karang Talun Village and to observe the role of Solusi Bangun Indonesia. Ltd in developing local community from 2019 to 2021. According to observations by the historical method, Solusi Bangun Indonesia. Ltd played many roles in developing the local community, especially in the KarangTalun Village and the Cilacap Community. Solusi Bangun Indonesia carried out community development programs (SBI). Ltd.: smart SBI, healthy SBI, SBI Mandiri, SBI Sustainability, and SBI Peduli presented a massive impact for the community in Karang Talun Village, Cilacap Utara sub-district, Cilacap Regency. The presence of Solusi Bangun Indonesia. ltd, which processed raw materials (clay, iron sand, etc.) into the cement with high economic value, impacted the lives of the surrounding community. It contributed significantly in Karang Talun Village, which ultimately improved the community's standard of living. It is necessary to have local government support, community participation, and support from related agencies to work together to increase the performance and marketing of the product of Solusi Bangun Indonesia, ltd.
