Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work motivation, work
discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the
Banyumas Regency Perhungan Office. The population in this study were all
employees of the Banyumas Regency Transportation Service, totaling 205
employees. Sampling in this study was carried out using the Simple Random
Sampling technique with a total sample of 138 respondents. Data obtained from
respondents with research instruments using questionnaires. The data analysis
technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that
work motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment simultaneously
or partially have a significant effect on employee performance.
