This study aims to determine the durian cultivation technique in Alasmalang Village and find out related information in durian cultivation in Alasmalang Village. This research was carried out from September 2021 to December 2021, located at the durian farmer's garden, Alasmalang Village, Kemranjen sub-district, Banyumas Regency with a random trip. The results of this study indicate that (1) knowledge and techniques of durian cultivation include data on handling techniques, plant propagation and land maintenance, based on the results of open interviews with farmers about handling seeds/seedlings, from 23 respondents, 86.96% did seed handling techniques such as maintenance, fertilization and storage, while 13.04% chose not to handle seeds because of the high cost of handling and competition. (2) Obstacles faced by durian agroforestry farmers in Alasmalang Village, namely high rainfall which has an impact on crop yields, the covid-19 pandemic has an impact on income from selling durian seeds and pests and diseases that have an impact on crop damage.
