The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes, personality, and income on the financial management behavior of SMEs in the Brebes Regency. Respondents consist of 100 MSME owners in Brebes Regency. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has an effect on financial management behavior, financial attitudes have no effect on financial management behavior, while its development has a positive effect on financial management behavior and income has a negative effect on financial management behavior. The implication of this research is that MSME owners who have a good personality in managing finances improve financial management behavior.
