This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of information asymmetry, company size, and profitability on profit management. The sample used in this study is a State-owned Enterprise listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 70 samples that met the criteria. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that information asymmetry does not affect profit management. In contrast, company size has a positive effect on profit management, and profitability has a negative effect on profit management.
