Abstract
The study aimed to describe the character education value contained in the Ardanu and Ardika characters in the Andromeda story. It was a descriptive study that described and analyzed the values of character education in the Andromeda short story in the Wattpad application. The data collection technique used was note-taking, producing a data card that fit the studied short story. Based on the finding obtained from the National Education System with its 18 character education values, it obtained 14 character education values contained in the Andromeda short story for Ardanu and Ardika figures, namely (1) Religious, (2) Peace Lover, (3) Responsible, ( 4) Reading Lover, (5) Communicative, (6) Achievement Appreciative, (7) Social Cares, (8) Country Lover, (9) Curious, (10) Tolerance, (11) Independent, (12) Honest, (13) Creative, and (14) Hard Work.
