Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, audit committee, leverage on dividend policy. The population in this study are companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2017-2020 period, with the criteria of being registered at least 2 times in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the study period. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. This study shows that (1) Profitability has a positive effect on dividend policy, (2) Audit committee have no effect on dividend policy, (3) Leverage have no effect on dividen policy.
