This study aimed to determine the distribution and availability of high school education services in Purbalingga Regency as viewed from the school zoning system policy. The research method was a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were all Public and Private High Schools in Purbalingga. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The types of data were primary data and secondary data. Descriptive qualitative data analysis was used to describe the results of the distribution and availability of high school education services in Purbalingga. Buffer analysis was used to determine the distribution and distance affordability of public high school education services and whether the availability of high school education services in Kabupaten Purbalingga had met the quota for new student admissions in accordance with the school zoning system policy. The results of this study were that the distribution with the reach of public high school education services showed that all public high schools had reached all subdistricts in Purbalingga.
