Abstract

Transportation issues and planning techniques have evolved and changed rapidly.
We have known for a long time the many forms of this problem, including traffic
jams, air pollution, noise pollution, accidents, and delays. Every movement of
people, whether moving people or goods, involves some form of transportation,
and the movement of goods from one place to another involves a similar process
carried out by certain means of transportation. Vehicle operating costs (BOK) are
the total costs that must be incurred by road users when using a predetermined
mode of transportation to move from one area to another. Calculation of Vehicle
Operational Costs (BOK) uses the Pacific Consultant International (PCI) method.
From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the highest average space
speed on Sunday 17 July 2022 and Monday 18 July 2022 to pass through the
Sumpiuh Tambak Highway and Sumpiuh Ring Road, namely the vehicle class I
Passenger Car 32.81 km/hour, class IIA Big Bus 29.79 km/hour and class IIB
Truck 3 Axles 21.24 km/hour while for Monday, July 18 2022, class I vehicles are
Passenger Cars 30.57 km/hour class IIA Big Bus 29.46km/hour and class IIB
Truck 3 Axles 20.87km/hour Medium For the highest BOK, the highest is in class
I vehicles, Passenger Cars Rp. 6,858.83/km, class IIA Big Bus Rp. 24,617.58/km
and class IIB Truck 3 Axles Rp. 26,338.34/km, while for Monday, July 18 2022,
the highest operating costs were for class I vehicles, Passenger Cars, Rp.
6,234.27/km, class IIA Big Bus Rp. 24,722, 4/km and class IIB Trucks 3 Axles Rp.
27,138.98/km.
