Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of instilling discipline in a nation, especially for congregational prayers. Instilling discipline is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, so there is no other choice for all of us to instill discipline in students from an early age. As seen in the Zamzam Muhammadiyah Cilongok Modern Islamic Boarding School, which is applied in instilling discipline in students. see how important it is to be developed by the Jurisprudence teacher at the Modern Zamzam Islamic Boarding School in Cilongok. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of fiqh teachers in instilling the discipline of congregational prayer in class VII students of SMP MBS (Muhammadiyah Boarding School) Zamzam Cilongok, Pernasidi village, Cilongok district, and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by fiqh teachers in instilling the discipline of congregational prayer. class VII SMP MBS (Muhammadiyah Boarding School) Zamzam Cilongok Banyumas, so that it can be used as an example for other Islamic boarding schools, in instilling the discipline of congregational prayer to students. This research is a type of qualitative research. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects to collect data in the field are fiqh teachers, school principals and students of class VII SMP MBS (Muhammadiyah Boarding School) Zamzam Cilongok. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses primary data from interviews, field notes, documentation, where the collected data will be analyzed, arranged into patterns, selected which are important to be studied and making conclusions, The results of this study were found: a) The Fiqh teacher's strategy in instilling the discipline of Congregational Prayer for Class VII students of SMP MBS Zamzam Cilongok, Pernasidi sub-district, Cilongok sub-district was to instill 4 strategies, namely: 1) habituation; 2) Example 3; ) Advice ;4) Supervision. b) The supporting and inhibiting factors of fiqh teachers in instilling discipline in class VII SMP MBS (Muhammadiyah Boarding School) Zamzam Cilongok, namely: 1) supporting factors: a) all teachers participate in congregational prayers, 2) the presence of musrif, 3) students mutually care to remind congregational prayers, 4) facilities and infrastructure. 2) inhibiting factors: a) facilities: water is often jammed, b) heavy rain, c) busy schedule of student activities.
