The young generation is the next generation of the nation's struggle, as well as agents of change to create a better nation and state, the young generation is expected to be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly to protect the nation and the life of the nation. The purpose of this study is to describe the reasons why youth need to receive religious guidance, describe the patterns used in religious development with an emotional approach, describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for religious development, and describe the results achieved after youth members of Karang Taruna received religious guidance.
This study focuses on fostering youth diversity in Pandansari Village by using a qualitative approach, the type of field research or field research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Verification.
This study shows that the Religious Guidance for Youth Members of the Karang Taruna Pandansari Village is carried out because there are still many deviant behaviors from youth and religious behavior has not yet been realized. The pattern of guidance carried out by the Karang Taruna of Pandansari Village is by holding activities, such as Tadarus Al-Qur'an, training for preaching Hadroh, Mujahadah, Yasinan, and Ziarah Kubur. Supporting factors: Support from community leaders, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and motivation from home environment. Inhibiting factors: The influence of non-member Karang Taruna friends, the busyness of each member, and lack of funds. The results achieved after Karang Taruna youth received religious guidance using an emotional approach were that the youth had a religious character, had good morals, and had enthusiasm in carrying out their religious teachings.
