The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of short-term debt, long-term debt, working capital turnover and liquidity on profitability. The population of this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 totals 178 companies. The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, there were 80 companies that met the sample criteria. Data analysis was performed using the IBM SPSS statistics application through descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, model fit test, and hypothesis testing The results of the analysis show that short-term debt has a significant effect on profitability (ROA), long-term debt has a significant effect on profitability (ROA), working capital turnover has a significant effect on profitability (ROA), and liquidity has a significant effect on profitability (ROA).
