This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation, work environment and competence on employee performance in the Industry and trade departement of Purbalingga Regency. Sampling using saturated sample method through a questionnaire. The sample used is 110 employees. The analytical technique used in this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that work motivation, work environment and competence have a effect on employee performance. Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination
