This study aims to examine the effect of the variable disclosure of carbon emissions, leverage, and green innovation, on firm value. The sample selection in this study was done by purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 98 observations consisting of 39 energy sector companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The results of the analysis show evidence that the disclosure of carbon emissions has an insignificant negative effect on firm value, leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value, and green innovation has a significant negative effect on firm value. significant positive on firm value.
