Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, person organization fit and turnover intention toward employee performance. The independent variables in this study were transformational leadership style, person organization fit and turnover intention. While the dependent variable in this study was employee performance. The data collection technique used saturated sampling of 110 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that both the transformational leadership style and person organization fit have significantly positive effects on employee performance. While turnover intention has no (significant) effect on employee performance.
