Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, organizational commitment and work discipline on employee performance in CV Savitri Barlingmascakeb area. The sample of this research is the permanent employees of CV Savitri Barlingmascakeb area, amounted to 104 employees using simple random sampling technique and data obtained directly from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive test, data instrument test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that the variables work stress, organizational commitment and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The results of the partial analysis test show that work stress has a significant negative effect, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect,
