This is due to the location of Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Pemalang which is near the shopping center. In this report, the calculation of service levels and parking requirements on the road is carried out using the MKJI 1997 using secondary data includes: traffic volume, side friction, peak traffic hours, side friction, parking volume, vehicles. in and out. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the road service level is 0.85 with the index "E" (unstable flow, speed sometimes stops, demand is close to capacity). And if the parking on the road is removed, you can get the index "D" (the current is close to stable, the speed is controllable). For parking needs as much as 183 SRP, for motorbikes 166 SRP and for light vehicles / cars 17 SRP.
