The implementation of Akidah Akhlak learning is still focused on theory and practice, but lacks in forming attitudes and habituation to students. Dress etiquette is closely related to morality. To realize the right ethics must be accompanied by good morals. The purpose of this study was to determine the cultivation of awareness of Muslim dress through the Implementation of Akidah Akhlak Learning at MI Muhammadiyah Panican Purbalingga for the 2020/2021 academic year.
This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects in this study were the Principal, Akhlak Akhlak Teacher, and the Deputy Head of Curriculum. Data collection techniques using observation techniques (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. While the data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification.
The results of this study indicate the cultivation of awareness of Muslim dress through the Implementation of Akidah Akhlak Learning. The teacher conveys to the students the importance of wearing a good Muslim dress when learning Akidah Akhlak takes place or after learning is complete. The learning method used by the teacher is the lecture method, simulation, story or story, question and answer, and assignment. There are several obstacles in inculcating awareness of Muslim clothing on the part of students, namely the lack of understanding of parents regarding Muslim clothing that is in accordance with Islamic law, the influence of fashion from outside cultures, and students being less obedient to the teacher's orders. The teacher has the first solution regarding economic limitations, the teacher can convey carefully to the parents of students that the school has assistance from the government so that it will be distributed to underprivileged students. So that the assistance can be purchased for school needs including school clothes. Then other solutions such as limiting children's activities during hot weather so as not to be stifling and giving examples to children by using syar'i clothing. The strategy so that students want to dress Muslim women correctly according to Islamic rules is to give appreciation to students such as giving applause for using good and correct Muslim clothing.
