This study aimed to find out: (1) How the profile of farmers who implemented paddy integrated Plant management (PTT) in Pliken Village, Kembaran Sub District, Banyumas Regency was. (2) How big the level of integrated plant management (PTT) technology implementation for paddy in Pliken Village, Kembaran Sub District, Banyumas Regency was. (3) Factors that prohibitted and supported the application of integrated plant management (PTT) of paddy in Pliken Village, Kembaran Sub District, Banyumas Regency. The method of this study used descriptive method of qualitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents was 44 respondents. The data collection used observation, interview, documentation and triangulation.
The analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed: (1) the profile of the sample farmers showed that the age of paddy farmers was in productive age, the average education was elementary school graduation, the most load of family members was between 5 - 6 people, the cultivated area was between 0 , 1- 0.5 hectares, the longest farming experience was between 26-31 years, and the yield was between 0.5 - 4.5 tons / farm. (2) The level of integrated plant management (PPT) of paddy implementation reached 82.00 percent of the 12 components of integrated plant management (PPT) of paddy. (3) The components of integrated plant management (PPT) that had been applied 100% including superior variety, good quality seeds, soil management, and regulation of planting populations. (4) The components of integrated plant management (PPT) that had not been applied 100% including balanced fertilization of 28 people (63.6%), control of pests through IPM as many as 30 people (68.18%), use of young seedlings (<21 HSS ) as many as 34 people (77.27%), planting 1 - 3 seedlings per hole as many as 25 people (56.8%), give organic materials as many as 35 people (79.5%), intermittent irrigation 37 people (84.09%), weed control with porcupine / cut as many as 35 people (79.5%), and harvest and post-harvest as many as 33 people (75%).
