Abstract

This research aimed to analyze impact of Financing Risk (Non Performing Financing), profitability (Earning Before Taxes and Provisions), Capital (Capital Adequacy Ratio) and Liquidity (Financing to Deposit Ratio) toward Allowance for Uncollectible Earning Assets (PPAP) on Sharia banking in Indonesia. The population of this research is the Public Islamic Bank in Indonesia. The data used in this research was from annual financial statement of Sharia Banks within 2011-2015 periods. The research result shows that the NPF, EBTP, CAR, and FDR impact all together significantly toward PPAP. NPF impact positively and significantly toward PPAP. EBTP impact negatively and significantly toward PPAP. CAR impact positively and significantly toward PPAP. And FDR impact negatively and insignificantly toward PPAP.
