Based on the registrant data in the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 academic years, there were only 19 registrants in 2018 and in it increased to 28 registrants in 2019. This increase led to the need for quality improvement efforts in selecting new prospective Masters (S2) Pharmacy students. Masters (S2) in Pharmacy still use subjective assessment in selecting prospective students which is still not accurate. The AHP method is used to calculate the value of the criteria weight so that the validity value of the calculation weight increases in order to produce quality students. Based on the results of the pairwise comparison, the most important criteria are TPA with a weight value of 50.5175%, the second priority is the ability to communicate (12.3361%), GPA (11.9691%), background in pharmaceutical science (9.4450%), job suitability with the study program taken (6.7818%), Background to take a Masters program (4.9989%), English language skills (3.9513%). Thus, the criteria weighting system can be used as the admission determination of new Masters of Pharmacy students and as student recommendations in order to produce more precise and qualified students.
