The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability ratios, liquidity and firm size on stock return with dividend policy as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sample used in this study are 36 companies with the 2015-2018 research year. The sampling technique use purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tets, multiple linier regressions and sobel test. The results of tis study indicate that profitability and firm size has significant positive effects on dividend policy, liquidity has no effect on dividend policy, profitability and firm size has significant positive effects on stock return, liquidity has not significant negative effects on stock return, dividend policy has significant negative effects on stock return, dividend policy is able to mediate profitability, dividend policy is not able to mediate liquidity and firm size of the company against stock return.
