Shallots are a popular vegetable commodities; yet, their low production is related
to inefficient shallot cultivation techniques. The introduction of growth regulators
for fertile shoots and manure is one of the initiatives to boost shallot yield. The aim
of this research was to determine the concentration of growth regulators (ZPT) in
"Pendawa Subur Tunas" and manure suitable for shallot plants. The study used a
factorial randomized design with two components and three replications in two
experimental gardens at the Faculty of Agriculture and Fisheries Muhammadiyah
University Purwokerto. The first factor is the concentration of growth regulators of
Pendawa Subur Tunas fertilizer with 4 levels of S0 (0 ml/l), S1 (25 ml/l), S2 (50
ml/l), and S3 (75 ml/l). Type of manure manure M1 (cow dung), M2 (goat dung),
and M3 (chicken dung) 20 tons/ha was the second factor. The results showed that
the "Pendawa Subur Tunas" growth regulator had no significant effect on all
variables, whereas manure application had a significant effect on the number of
leaves, up to 11.25 leaves on giving cow dung, the interaction of giving ZPT
pendawa subur tunas and manure significantly affected the weight of dry tubers in
the S2M2 treatment (ZPT 50 ml/l + goat dung) with a weight of 3.02 grams.
