This research aims to develop and know the quality of the student
worksheet mathematics produced on the surrounding material and wide flat build
using a calculator. It uses the development method of Research and Development
(R&D) which is used to produce a specific product that is the student worksheet
mathematics of the surrounding material and a flat wake area. The model used in
this research is the development model adopted by Sugiyono consisting of 10
stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design
validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, usage testing,
product revision, and mass production. This development study involved three
expert validators and the user's goal of the product was a student of class IV
elementary school. Instruments used in research is observation, poll and test.
Based on expert assessment obtained that the quality of student worksheet
mathematics get very valid criteria with a percentage of 92%. Trial of student
worksheets is implemented using the direct learning model. Based on the test
results there is an increase in the number of students ' submission from the pretests
of 6% to 96.5% in posttest. The response given by the teacher and the learners
was very positive with a teacher's response of 83% and a student response of
92.1%. Therefore, student worksheet's broad-range mathematics and wide wakeup
material using a calculator in class IV SD UMP is said to be viable and able to
facilitate the ability to understand the concepts and usage skills of the calculator.
