This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Sambel Layah Corp Purwokerto. The sample of this research is all employees of Sambel Layah Corp Purwokerto, amounting to 142 employees using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique and data obtained from respondents using research instruments using a questionnaire. The research methods used in this research are descriptive test, data instrument test, classic assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that the variables of training, work discipline, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance. The partial analysis test results show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
