The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of financial
literacy, locus of control, and risk perception on investment decision making in
Purwareja Klampok District. In this research, researchers used quantitative
methods. The sampling technique in this research uses incidental sampling. The
number of samples of this research were 220 respondents. The analysis in this
research uses multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the research using the simultaneous test (F test) show that
there was a significant simultaneous effect between financial literacy variables,
locus of control, and risk perception on investment decision making. The results of
research using partial tests (t test) proved that financial literacy had an effect
significant to investment decision making. Locus of control, and risk perception
have no significant effect on investment decision making.
