This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment
and job satisfaction on the village officer performance in Somagede sub-district
Banyumas regency. The sample used in this study was 107 all respondents
through using the saturated sampling technique or census. The analyze used is f
test, t test and adjusted R square.
The result of this study are based on the F test that shows work discipline,
work environment and job satisfaction has significant effect on the village officer
performance. Based on t test obtained; (a) work discipline has significant effect on
performance. (b) work environment has significant effect on performance. (c) job
satisfaction has no effect on performance. Based on determination coefficient R
adjusted shows the effect of work discipline, work environment and job
satisfaction on performance is 47,4%, while the remaining 52,6% influenced by
other variable outside this research models.
