Abstract

The purpose of this was to determine the effect of Profitability, Company Size, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership on Debt Policy. Samples were Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction companies during 2016-2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique and obtained 102 samples. Analysis method used is multiple linier regretion analysis. The results showed that profitability has a positive effect on debt policy. Company size has no effect on debt policy. Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership have a negative effect on debt policy.
