The main goal of a company is to increase the value of the company. The high value of the company can indicate that the achievement of welfare for shareholders. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of the variables of capital structure, managerial ownership, company growth and profitability on firm value. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The research population includes mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling method, so that a sample of 136 research samples was obtained, however, there were 13 samples that had to be outliers because they had extreme values. The data used in this study uses secondary data obtained from the annual report of mining companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) capital structure has a positive effect on firm value, (2) managerial ownership has no effect on firm value, (3) firm growth has no effect on firm value (4) profitability has a positive effect on firm value.
