Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage, asset
growth and activity on dividen policy. The population in this study is
Conventional Commercial Banks that registered on OJK in 2015-2019. This study
uses purposive sampling method with 9 banks and obtained 45 data that met with
the criteria. This study uses regression analysis by using SPSS. The result is
Liquidity has negative significant effect on Dividen Policy. Whereas, Profitability,
Leverage, Asset Growth, and Activity has’nt significant effect on Dividen Policy.
