Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Banyumas Regency Environmental Service. This study uses quantitative methods, sampling techniques using non-probability sampling. Based on the criteria, a sample of 119 respondents was obtained using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and t-test. The analysis test results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
