This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return
on Assets, NonPerforming Financing, and Financing to Deposit Rate on Murabahah
Financing in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2014-2019 Period. The dependent variable in
this study is Murabahah Financing, while the independent variables are Capital Adequacy
Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), NonPerforming Financing (NPF), and Financing to
DepositRatio(FDR).The population in this study were Sharia Commercial Banks registered
with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2014-2019. Samples were taken
using the purposive sampling method and obtained 13 Islamic Commercial Banks that were
included in the sampling criteria. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression
analysis. The results showed that Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets, and Non
Performing Financing, have a significant negative effect on Murabahah
Financing.whileFinancing to Deposit Ratio,have no effect on Murabahah Financing.
