Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, kompensation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of CV. Sadaku Perkasa Pemalang. The samples used in this study were as many as 120 respondens using incident sampling techniques. The analysis used was the (F) test, (T) test, and adjusted (R2). The results of this study are based on the F test which states that work discipline, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the t test obtained (a) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, (b) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, (c) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted test. Shows the magnitude of the influence of work discipline, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance by 40,7 %, while the remaining 59,3% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
