This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital, public ownership, the size of the sharia supervisory board, and environmental performance on social performance which is used as a proxy for company performance. The population used in this study is a Sharia Commercial Bank registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2008-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 14 companies with 130 observations. The study indicates that the variables of intellectual capital, public ownership, and the size of the sharia supervisory board do not effect social performance. In contrast, the environmental performance has a positive effect on social performance.
