Abstract

The regulation of Home Affairs Minister (PERMENDAGRI) Number 59 of 2007 concerning Amendment to PERMENDAGRI No. 13 of 2006 concerning Guidelines for Regional Financial Management and Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards, which can increase accountability and avoid misuse or misappropriation, etc. The regulations was used as a reference in the management of systems and procedures for cash receipts and cash disbursements. This study aims to examine the procedure for cash revenue and expenditure at regional work units. The method used in this research is the literature study refers to some previous literatures with the analysis used in the form of an evaluation between text, tables and flowcharts. From the review of the article, it can be concluded that the procedure for receiving cash through the treasurer of receipt, treasurer of receipt of assistants and agencies, institutions, or post offices. Procedures for cash disbursements through the expenditure treasurer and assistant spending treasurer. As well as direct cash disbursement procedures and money supply, change money, add money.
