Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, company size, capital structure, and investment decision on the company.value .the Sample were Manufacturing companies in the various industry sector listed on the IDX during 2016-2019 periods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 88 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research were descriptive,classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result showed that profitability has a positive effect on the company value, company size has a negative effect on the company value, capital structure has a negative effect on the company value, and investment decisions has a negative effect on the company value.
