This study aims to analyze the effect of the sharia supervisory board, financing to deposit ratio, company size, and Islamic social reporting on financial performance. This type of research is quantitative with a population of Islamic commercial bank listed in Financial Services Authority for the period 2015-2019. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and obtained as many 14 Islamic commercial bank companies with 70 observational data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the sharia supervisory board variable has a negative effect on financial performance, financing to deposit ratio variable and company size has not effect on financial performance, while Islamic social reporting variable has a positive effect on financial performance. This research implies that the many of sharia supervisory boards, high financing to deposit rates and company size does not guarantee increased in financial performance. This research is expected to provide benefits to Islamic commercial bank companies to increase their financial performance by looking at the factors that influence it.
