This study aims to describe the motorized vehicle testing levies on Regional Original Income. The method used in this research is literature study which refers to some previous literature with the analysis used in the form of evaluation between texts and tables. The results showed that every vehicle, both passenger transportation vehicles, goods and special vehicles, is obliged to carry out a vehicle feasibility test which is commonly known to the public as a vehicle steering test every 6 (six) months so that the operating vehicle is in accordance with the requirements and is safe for the road. Retribution for testing motorized vehicles affects local revenue. Regional Original Revenue (PAD) revenue is a significant source of revenue for routine financing and development of an autonomous region. Good management of local levies is guided by the provisions of the Regional Tax and Retribution Law Number 28 of 2009 as a revenue optimization strategy to support regional development.
