Abstract

This research is aimed at knowing the effect that an organizational commitment to a relationship of financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation to a Surya Yudha Park employee's performance is a quantitative study. The research was taking subjects in Surya Yudha Park. The research sample contained hotel and waterpark staff and 119 Surya Yudha Park employees. The method of sampling in this research is Accidental Sampling. The data analysis techniques used using regression, linear analysis tests, t and sobel tests. Data analysis suggests that financial compensation affects employees' performance significantly, nonfinancial compensation affects employees' performance; organizational commitment affects employees' performance and organizational commitment can affect non-financial and non-financial relationships.
