Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of competency variables, communication, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study took the subject in KPP Pratama Purbalingga. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling, and the formula Slovin with a sample number of 108 people. Data analysis techniques used for validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption test, double linear analysis test, test coefficient of determination of t tests, and f test. Analysis results showed that the competency variables were partially incompetent to employee performance, communication was partially significantly positive to the employee's performance, the work satisfaction was partially influential positively on the employee's performance, as well as competence, organizational cultural communication and work satisfaction simultaneously influential to the employee's performance.
