Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, variables self-efficacy, and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using techniques saturated sampling with a total of 124 respondents. This study took the subject at PT. BS Indonesia in Cikarang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show that the variable organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on the performance of permanent employees, self-efficacy has an effect on the performance of permanent employees, and work discipline has an effect on the performance of permanent employees.
