Thesis entitled JUDICIAL REVIEW ON VIEWING PORNOGRAPHY PRODUCTS TO CHILDREN (A STUDY OF VERDICT NO. 270/pid.B/2018/PN.PWT) aimed to reveal and analyze the elements in Law number 44 of 2008 concerning pornography related to criminal cases committed by Nur Agung. Besides, this study also tried to discover and analyze how judges' legal considerations in the criminal case. The thesis was arranged through application legal case study; the sources and types of data were obtained primary and secondary data. The collection procedures were carried out by the literature review and the data were processed to facilitate the analysis. The analysis was conducted by arranging the data in systematic, clear, and detailed to obtain a conclusion. The research setting was in the Purwokerto District Court, Library if Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Faculty of Law Library Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, and Regional Library of Banyumas Regency. The research finding was in the form of the verdict of Purwokerto District Court Number 270/pid.B/2018/pn.pwt. It can be drawn that the defendant is legally and convincingly proven to have committed a crime of displaying pornographic products to children, then the defendant's action of showing pornographic products to these children criminal liability is an individual responsibility.
