The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of the Balancing Fund, Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Economic Growth on capital expenditure in districts/cities in Central Java in 2018. The population in this study is the regional governments in Central Java in 2018, amounting to 35 districts/cities. The variables examined in this study are: Balancing Funds, Own Local Revenues (PAD), General Allocation Funds (DAU), Economic Growth, and Capital Expenditures. The conclusions that can be drawn are the variable DP, PAD, and DAU variables that affect Capital expenditure, while economic growth has no significant on capital expenditure. This research is expected to provide input to regional governments in Central Java to improve the ability of the region to carry out its autonomy more broadly.
