This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, company sizes, profitability, and liquidity on firm value. The research period used was 2017-2019. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019 periode. The sample of this study was 92 observational data research using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leverage has no effect on firm value, company size has no effect on firm value, profitability has a positive effect on firm value, and liquidity has a positive effect on firm value.
