This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership on firm
value, the effect of institutional ownership on firm value, the effect of earnings
management on firm value. together on firm value for the 2015-2018 period
with the research data analyzed amounted to 112 data obtained from the
company's annual financial statements in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).
This research type is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is
descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression
analysis. The results showed that the the variable managerial ownership and
institutional ownership have no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the variable
earnings management had a positive effect on firm value.
