made by the students in using adjective degrees of comparison
The method of this research was descriptive. The instrument ap
plied in this
research was a test. The data was taken on

in the eight

students of S
MP Ya BAKII 2 Kesugihan and there were 30 students as sample
from 3
0% of students. This research used proportional random sampling. The
data was anal
yzed by using descriptive statistic.
After analyzing the data, it
revealed that the s
tudents‟
mastery of adjective degrees of comparison
belonged to fair
category. It can be seen from
the result of students‟ mean,

. It revealed that the errors

y students in using adjective degrees of
comparison
caused by: 1) false concepts hypothesized 2) ignorance of rules
restrictions.
