Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Haryanto Autobus Company Kudus. Sampling in this study using Nonprobability Sampling with a purposive sampling technique and obtained 104 respondents. This analysis technique used path analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. Based on the test results, it is known that training has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive significant effect on employee performance, training has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is mediating the effect of training on employee performance and job satisfaction is mediating the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. The most influential variable on employee performance is training.
